Overview
- Provide comprehensive IT support services to users in a hybrid work environment, ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical issues effectively.

- Participate in predictive index assessments and technical interviews to demonstrate expertise and problem-solving skills.
- Travel periodically to customer office locations within the metropolitan area to provide onsite support and maintenance.
- Work in a hybrid environment with a schedule involving onsite presence at client locations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Deliver IT support services to users onsite, resolving technical issues and ensuring optimal system performance.
- Utilize ticketing systems to manage and document support queries, adhering to organizational protocols.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational rules and guidelines.
- Administer Microsoft 365 stack, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, and Azure AD.
- Perform systems administration tasks, including managing Windows Server platforms and Active Directory.
- Provide desktop support, troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and Office applications, and mobile devices.
- Ensure adherence to strict change control procedures, maintaining system integrity and security.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver high-quality IT solutions and services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of IT experience, preferably in desktop support or systems administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 stack, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Azure AD.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server platforms, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Understanding of networking concepts and virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V.
- Experience with endpoint threat management tools such as Sophos or similar products.
- Ability to travel periodically to customer office locations within the metropolitan area.
- Physical capability to perform job requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs and extended periods of standing or sitting.
