Overview

  • Lead and oversee diverse construction projects, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives and maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout all project phases.
  • Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential challenges and ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies to maintain operational excellence.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues to maintain schedules and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans.
  • Prepare and present detailed project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project teams, clients, and external partners to ensure alignment.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
  • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities to optimize financial performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Preferred 7 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools to streamline operations.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive team success.
  • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
