Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; certifications in construction or estimating are advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in estimating; 5 years preferred for advanced proficiency.

• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, materials, and regulatory standards.
