Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the state and valid CPR certification.
- Minimum of one year of acute care or home care nursing experience required.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and observational skills essential.
- Ability to supervise home health aides and coordinate interdisciplinary care effectively.
- Physical capability to perform nursing duties, including lifting and transferring patients.
- Proficiency in computer usage for documentation purposes is advantageous.
