Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Review and validate NAV calculations for hedge and private equity funds, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate capital calls, distributions, and expense allocations to support seamless fund operations.
  • Oversee management and incentive fee calculations, ensuring proper allocation and reporting.
  • Respond to investor inquiries and provide detailed performance reporting to maintain transparency.
  • Lead fund audits and tax filings, collaborating with service providers to meet compliance requirements.
  • Participate in regulatory filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational scalability and efficiency.
  • Attend fund board meetings and address documentation requests to support governance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in accounting or finance is required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of public accounting experience, ideally with fund audits.
  • Proven expertise in fund accounting, tax processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
