Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care leadership experience in critical care; 5 years preferred.
- Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from recognized organizations.
- Preferred certifications include CCRN and/or CNRN.
- Proven leadership and communication skills to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
