Overview

  • Manage transportation operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and seamless logistics coordination for optimal service delivery.
  • Oversee fleet management, including maintenance schedules, inspections, and registrations for operational readiness.
  • Develop and implement driver schedules, performance evaluations, and training programs to enhance workforce productivity.
  • Analyze delivery processes and optimize logistics strategies to improve cost control and service quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline transportation operations and logistics.
  • Handle financial tasks, including invoicing and accounts management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor adherence to transportation regulations and industry standards to maintain compliance.
  • Provide strategic insights through profit and loss analysis to drive operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
