Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, with a strong foundation in creative industries.
  • 15+ years of senior operations or general management experience within creative, media, or professional services environments.
  • Proven experience scaling creative or project-based organizations effectively.
  • Strong financial acumen and expertise in managing budgets and operational metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complexity.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge creative and business perspectives.
