Overview
- Support a growing real assets portfolio, focusing on investments in real estate, infrastructure, and agriculture across the U.S. and Europe.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to monitor portfolio performance and investment metrics.
- Conduct real assets and macroeconomic research for presentations to senior management.
- Assist with investment due diligence for real asset-focused commingled funds.
- Participate in meetings and site visits to evaluate proposed investment strategies.
- Support operations in managing investment-related activities and processes.
- Implement and measure ESG initiatives across the investment portfolio.
- Develop and maintain reports using Power BI and other automated tools.
- Maintain frequent communication with international offices to ensure alignment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or a related field required.
- 2–3 years of experience in real assets at institutional investors or investment managers preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial metrics, investment concepts, and commingled fund investing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel, financial modeling, and automated research tools.
- Experience with Power BI, including DAX formulas and Power Query, is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and effective in a collaborative global environment.
