Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Supervise and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project integrity and performance.
• Support the preconstruction phase with planning and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management; 8 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of public and hard bid project processes.
