Job Description

Overview

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for large-scale commercial construction projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Provide logistical support to field teams and oversee contract management.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Work closely with repeat clients to maintain strong relationships and secure future projects.
  • Contribute to the financial planning and reporting of construction projects.
  • Support the development of self-perform divisions in concrete and carpentry.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet client expectations.
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery.
  • Manage contracts and oversee financial aspects of projects.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including architects and government entities.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of construction.
  • Supervise logistical arrangements and provide administrative support to field operations.
  • Ensure compliance with city and government regulations for construction projects.
  • Promote a culture of safety and efficiency within the project teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction.
  • Preferred 8 years of experience managing large-scale commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of contract management and financial oversight.
  • Proficiency in construction safety standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams.
  • Experience with negotiated contracts and repeat client relationships.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with field teams.
