Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects using industry-standard software.
• Develop RFIs, proposals, and takeoffs to support project bidding.
• Identify scopes of work and create comprehensive bid lists.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Analyze project specifications to determine accurate cost projections.
• Utilize Bluebeam, MS Project, and estimating software effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Ensure timely delivery of estimates to meet project deadlines.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial estimating.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, and estimating software.
• Strong knowledge of RFIs, proposals, and takeoffs.
• Ability to identify scopes of work and develop bid lists.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
