Job Description

Overview

  • Support operational activities for CLO deals, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in reporting and reconciliation processes.
  • Collaborate with trustees and internal teams to validate data and adhere to deal guidelines for structured products.
  • Manage loan processing tasks, including paydowns, rollovers, and hypothetical trade scenarios using advanced financial systems.
  • Utilize systems like Markit Wall Street Office, SKYROAD, Advent Geneva, and Bloomberg for operational excellence.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on achieving operational success and compliance.
  • Enhance structured product knowledge while working in a dynamic and supportive hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide daily operational support for CLO deals, ensuring compliance and accuracy in reporting and reconciliation.
  • Reconcile monthly cash and holdings across internal systems and trustee records with precision.
  • Process trade scenarios and generate detailed reports for portfolio managers and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with trustees to confirm data accuracy and compliance with structured product guidelines.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, problem-solving, and reporting tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of operational processes for structured products.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, preferably in finance or business.
  • 3-5 years of experience in structured product roles, particularly CLO operations.
  • Proficiency in systems such as Markit Wall Street Office, SKYROAD, Advent Geneva, and Bloomberg.
  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and operational tasks.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with waterfall payment processing and structured product compliance is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and hybrid work environment.
