Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Perform therapeutic procedures such as catheter management, EKGs, phlebotomy, and IV line care.
- Assist patients with therapeutic equipment, ensuring proper usage and effectiveness.
- Collect and document diagnostic specimens, including blood, urine, and sputum.
- Monitor and record vital signs and other patient metrics as part of routine assessments.
- Prepare patients for medical tests and procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient care areas to support safety.
- Respond to emergencies, including initiating CPR and other critical procedures.
Job Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification meeting state requirements.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Proficiency in administering medications and performing therapeutic procedures.
- Strong knowledge of clinical protocols and patient care standards.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
