Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Coordinate referrals to specialists or community resources as required for patient care.
- Assist in clinic operations, including inventory management and ensuring availability of necessary supplies.

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including licensure and certifications.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; valid RN license required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or ambulatory care setting.
- Proficiency in administering medications and performing therapeutic procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Knowledge of infection control practices and patient safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Infection Control.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred for effective patient communication.
