Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare structured outputs and executive-ready materials for leadership reviews and discussions.
  • Coordinate and synthesize financial, investment, and operational inputs for business reporting.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support product development and strategic opportunities.
  • Assist with capital formation and fundraising efforts through material preparation and analysis.
  • Facilitate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring progress and execution discipline.
  • Maintain trackers and timelines for active initiatives to ensure accountability and visibility.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting memos and presentations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with investment or workflow tracking tools is advantageous.
  • Interest in technology-enabled process improvement, including AI tools, is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong project management instincts and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and multiple workstreams.
