Overview

  • Lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives effectively.
  • Manage on-site operations, including schedules, resources, and personnel, to optimize efficiency.
  • Implement innovative construction practices and technologies to enhance project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines and resource availability.
  • Monitor safety protocols and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, addressing milestones and challenges.
  • Implement innovative construction techniques and technologies to optimize project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with project managers during preconstruction phases for accurate estimating and planning.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 7 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing design-build and CMAR projects effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and technology tools.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
