Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; MSN preferred for advanced leadership roles.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, ideally in ambulatory care settings.
- Active Registered Nurse license with current certifications in BCLS, Infection Control, and Child Abuse.
- Bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish/English preferred for effective communication.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage staff and operations effectively.
- Ability to implement and monitor nursing policies to ensure compliance and quality care.
