Overview

  • Lead nursing operations and oversee clinical care delivery in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Implement and oversee patient care activities, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
  • Evaluate nursing care quality and recommend improvements to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Manage unit resources, including supplies and equipment, to support efficient operations.
  • Communicate organizational updates and participate in problem-solving initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; MSN preferred for advanced leadership roles.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, ideally in ambulatory care settings.
  • Active Registered Nurse license with current certifications in BCLS, Infection Control, and Child Abuse.
  • Bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish/English preferred for effective communication.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage staff and operations effectively.
  • Ability to implement and monitor nursing policies to ensure compliance and quality care.
  • Proficiency in coordinating referrals and collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
