  • Oversee mixed-use, hospitality, and multifamily developments, driving project success through strategic planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to achieve project milestones effectively.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams and subcontractors, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and contractual obligations.

  • Ability to manage budgets exceeding $50M effectively.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills for team coordination.
