Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate daily operations within the dialysis center.
- Develop and implement patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Monitor dialysis equipment and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Provide direct patient care during dialysis sessions, ensuring adherence to protocols.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution is required.
- Registered Nurse licensed in the State of New York.
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience in hemodialysis.
- Two years of progressive nursing management experience in dialysis settings.
- CPR certification is mandatory; Nephrology Nursing Certification is preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese to communicate effectively with patients.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop nursing teams.
- Knowledge of chronic dialysis care protocols and healthcare regulations.
