Overview

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Active RN, LCSW, or LMSW licensure required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of acute care hospital case management experience required.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in case management within acute care settings.
  • Proven ability to achieve performance and quality objectives in healthcare environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational abilities.
