Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop detailed construction drawings, including plans, elevations, and sections, using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Coordinate with consultants to integrate structural, MEP, and civil elements seamlessly.
  • Perform quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards.
  • Interpret client brand standards and apply them consistently across multiple projects.
  • Assist in obtaining permits, addressing code revisions, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Update drawings through design development and construction document phases, responding to feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate project details and disseminate updates.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in architectural production and CAD drafting, with proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Preferred experience with Revit or other BIM platforms for advanced design tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex drawing sets effectively.
  • Familiarity with coordinating drawings across jurisdictions and consultants.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight schedules and multi-site projects.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders effectively.
