Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of construction project management experience; 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing ground-up and renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for team and stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning and execution.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
