Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee all phases of construction project management, from planning to closeout.
  • Coordinate with design-build teams to ensure seamless project integration.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout projects.
  • Facilitate effective communication among clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Support estimating and preconstruction activities to enhance project planning.
  • Implement innovative technologies to improve project efficiency and outcomes.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in design-build and CMAR project delivery methods.
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Experience with estimating and preconstruction activities is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with innovative construction technologies and practices.
