Job Description

Overview

  • Manage and administer smaller programs or phases of larger programs to achieve objectives.
  • Coordinate resources and assess needs to enhance existing programs effectively.
  • Monitor program components to ensure goals, schedules, and benefits are met.
  • Prepare and present program results through reports, studies, and presentations.
  • Recommend and implement changes to achieve program objectives.
  • Manage budgets and control expenditures in alignment with allocations.
  • Handle vendor management and administer contracts ensuring service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate program activities to ensure alignment with objectives and goals.
  • Monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders through operational reports.
  • Analyze program outcomes and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management review.
  • Ensure adherence to budget allocations and funding limits.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Facilitate communication among program stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Preferred 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage program components.
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Experience in vendor management and contract administration.
  • Ability to recommend and implement process improvements effectively.
