Overview

- Coordinate and oversee Requests for Information (RFIs) and other project documentation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for commercial architectural projects.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and team members to address project challenges.
- Prepare and review RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation.
- Ensure adherence to California building codes and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with design teams to develop innovative solutions for client needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management; 7 years preferred.
- Proven experience managing mid to large-scale commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of California building codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in handling RFIs and project documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
