Overview

  • Lead the talent acquisition function for a global technology consultancy, ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes and scalable recruiting strategies.
  • Manage a team of recruiters, driving performance, accountability, and professional development within the talent acquisition team.
  • Develop and execute workforce planning and hiring strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Implement AI-driven recruiting solutions and automation tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with leaders and managers to ensure structured hiring practices and competitive talent positioning.
  • Monitor recruiting performance metrics and optimize processes for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with People Strategy & Effectiveness teams on organizational planning and technology enablement.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and provide market intelligence to leadership on talent trends.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting delivery across assigned functions and geographies, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes.
  • Implement AI-driven recruiting solutions to improve sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Drive adoption of digital hiring tools across recruiting teams and hiring managers for scalability.
  • Coach and develop Talent Acquisition team members, fostering skill growth and career pathing.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leaders on talent market trends and hiring strategies.
  • Standardize interview frameworks, scorecards, and selection processes for consistent hiring practices.
  • Monitor talent market trends and provide insights on talent availability and compensation positioning.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, with a focus on relevant fields.
  • 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership roles in high-growth environments.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms, recruiting analytics tools, and AI-driven recruiting technologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in managing strategic recruiting initiatives and day-to-day delivery.
  • Experience in process optimization and technology enablement within recruiting functions.
