Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to meet project objectives.

• Prepare and present project reports to management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management; 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing commercial construction projects of varying sizes.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to a flexible work schedule.
