Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects, including manufacturing facilities and corporate offices.
• Strong knowledge of tilt-wall construction techniques and practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Familiarity with ESOP programs and their benefits to employees.
