Overview
- Provide administrative and marketing support to the communications team in a hybrid work environment.
- Assist with digital asset management, email campaigns, social media, events, and administrative functions.
- Support the Manager of Digital Marketing in executing communication strategies effectively.
- Contribute to the organization and tagging of assets in MediaValet for efficient usage.
- Collaborate on email marketing initiatives, ensuring accuracy and performance tracking.
- Engage with social media platforms, scheduling posts and monitoring interactions.
- Coordinate promotional materials and provide support for event-related activities.
- Maintain a structured approach to administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Upload, organize, and tag digital assets in MediaValet, ensuring metadata accuracy.
- Assist in building, testing, and deploying email drafts using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments, and schedule posts using Hootsuite.
- Compile analytics for reporting on social media campaigns and email performance.
- Coordinate promotional material logistics, including shipping and inventory management.
- Support the production of printed materials for events and campaigns.
- Provide general administrative support, including processing invoices in Concur.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree is required for this position.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or communications.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and familiarity with DAM systems preferred.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Hybrid work arrangement: In-office Tuesday–Thursday; telework Monday and Friday.
