Job Description

Overview

  • Provide administrative and marketing support to the communications team in a hybrid work environment.
  • Assist with digital asset management, email campaigns, social media, events, and administrative functions.
  • Support the Manager of Digital Marketing in executing communication strategies effectively.
  • Contribute to the organization and tagging of assets in MediaValet for efficient usage.
  • Collaborate on email marketing initiatives, ensuring accuracy and performance tracking.
  • Engage with social media platforms, scheduling posts and monitoring interactions.
  • Coordinate promotional materials and provide support for event-related activities.
  • Maintain a structured approach to administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Upload, organize, and tag digital assets in MediaValet, ensuring metadata accuracy.
  • Assist in building, testing, and deploying email drafts using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments, and schedule posts using Hootsuite.
  • Compile analytics for reporting on social media campaigns and email performance.
  • Coordinate promotional material logistics, including shipping and inventory management.
  • Support the production of printed materials for events and campaigns.
  • Provide general administrative support, including processing invoices in Concur.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree is required for this position.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or communications.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and familiarity with DAM systems preferred.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Hybrid work arrangement: In-office Tuesday–Thursday; telework Monday and Friday.
