Job Description

Overview

  • Support the Transaction Management team in executing credit-related transactions, including asset-based warehouse credit facilities and term loans.
  • Gain hands-on experience in private credit industry deal lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Engage in due diligence, deal structuring, legal documentation, and transaction execution.
  • Maintain a disciplined, risk-focused approach to financing the real economy.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, team-driven culture emphasizing integrity and accountability.
  • Develop expertise in asset-based lending, servicing, and securitization processes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist in evaluating and recommending new deal opportunities for the credit transaction pipeline.
  • Support due diligence processes, including preparing questionnaires and analyzing financial data.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction progression.
  • Track and report deal progress using standardized checklists and deliverables.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to transactions, such as account setup and service provider retention.
  • Prepare pro forma debt capital structures and closing transaction summary memoranda.
  • Verify and maintain final closing sets and post-closing amendments.
  • Respond to ad hoc deal-related requests from stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in finance, investment banking, or private credit.
  • Understanding of credit transaction structures, including asset-based facilities and term loans.
  • Proficiency in financial statement analysis and key credit metrics.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
