Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead the planning and design phases of healthcare facility projects, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to achieve project milestones.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data for project development.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications using industry-standard software.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress and address concerns.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare facility planning and design.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and building codes.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience in sustainable design practices and LEED certification preferred.
