Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimation; 6 years preferred.
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools, such as AutoCAD or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess project requirements.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and present findings.
