Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and maintain quality standards.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and expectations effectively.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in project management preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
