Overview

  • Contribute to the operations of Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and related investment vehicles.

  • Support monthly reporting, closing processes, and payment reconciliations for CLOs.
  • Utilize industry systems such as WSO and Black Mountain Everest to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform daily reconciliations, system updates, and generate operational reports.
  • Support the preparation and review of monthly CLO reports and related documentation.
  • Assist in closing processes, effective date procedures, and quarterly payment reconciliations.
  • Process and submit amendments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Compile and analyze monthly and quarterly data for operational insights.
  • Update asset attributes in systems, coordinating with trustees and relevant parties.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and provide operational support as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CLO operations; 5 years preferred.
  • Knowledge of WSO and/or Black Mountain Everest systems is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of indentures and related documentation is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
