Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform daily reconciliations, system updates, and generate operational reports.
- Support the preparation and review of monthly CLO reports and related documentation.
- Assist in closing processes, effective date procedures, and quarterly payment reconciliations.
- Process and submit amendments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Compile and analyze monthly and quarterly data for operational insights.
- Update asset attributes in systems, coordinating with trustees and relevant parties.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and provide operational support as required.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CLO operations; 5 years preferred.
- Knowledge of WSO and/or Black Mountain Everest systems is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of indentures and related documentation is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.
