Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee emergency services operations, ensuring efficient patient throughput and high-quality care delivery.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Cultivate a superior clinical identity by implementing evidence-based practices to advance patient safety and quality outcomes.
- Provide leadership to enhance patient experience and achieve optimal outcomes.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of Director-level experience in Emergency Services; 5 years preferred.
- Proven track record in managing emergency department operations and achieving quality outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and evidence-based practices in healthcare.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies for growth and service expansion.
