Overview

  • Lead emergency services department operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance patient experience and service delivery within the emergency department.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee emergency services department staffing, ensuring appropriate clinical competencies to meet patient care needs.
  • Implement strategies to improve patient throughput and admission/discharge planning.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing emergency services operations.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to develop and manage departmental budgets effectively.
