Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee emergency services department staffing, ensuring appropriate clinical competencies to meet patient care needs.
• Implement strategies to improve patient throughput and admission/discharge planning.
• Cultivate a superior clinical identity by integrating evidence-based practices to advance patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Develop and execute initiatives to elevate patient experience and satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; 5 years preferred.
• Proven leadership skills in managing emergency services operations.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to develop and manage departmental budgets effectively.
• Proficiency in implementing evidence-based practices to improve clinical outcomes.
