- Develop complex financial models for business development and M&A initiatives, contributing to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Spearhead budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to discuss G&A, capex budgets, and corporate functions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Oracle EPBCS Planning System, implementing system enhancements to improve functionality.
- Automate existing ad hoc reports and create dashboards to ensure data reliability and operational efficiency.
- Prepare drafts of PowerPoint presentations and internal/external announcements for management review.
- Organize internal support materials for quarterly earnings and financial presentations.
- Perform economic analysis and develop financial models to support business development and M&A initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management to perform in-depth financial analysis and improve existing models for enhanced functionality.
- Research and prepare drafts for financial presentations, ensuring effective communication of key insights.
- Engage in ad hoc projects and deliverables, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to organizational success.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with 4 years preferred, in financial analysis or related roles.
- Proficiency in Oracle EPBCS Planning System and advanced Excel skills for financial modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting within a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft clear and effective messaging.
- Ability to build and maintain complex financial models for business development and strategic initiatives.
