Job Description

Overview

  • Support financial planning and analysis, including modeling, valuation, benchmarking, and management presentations.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and validating assumptions.
  • Develop data-driven insights to evaluate organizational financial performance.
  • Provide structured analysis to inform strategic decision-making processes.
  • Maintain and enhance financial systems, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
  • Collaborate with department heads to gather inputs and spearhead financial meetings.
  • Prepare and update management-level presentations and announcements.
  • Support senior management with in-depth financial analysis and ad hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and validating assumptions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, valuation, and scenario planning.
  • Enhance financial models with sensitivity analyses and expanded metrics.
  • Maintain Oracle EPBCS Planning System, troubleshooting and implementing enhancements.
  • Automate reports and create dashboards to ensure data reliability.
  • Conduct peer benchmarking and performance evaluations to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare drafts of presentations and announcements for internal and external use.
  • Support Business Development and M&A initiatives with complex financial models.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial analysis; 2 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Oracle EPBCS Planning System and financial modeling techniques.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with sensitivity analyses, trend projections, and expanded metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills for preparing presentations and announcements.
  • Knowledge of peer benchmarking and performance evaluation methodologies.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with department heads and senior management.
