Overview

  • Drive the successful execution of architectural projects, ensuring quality and compliance throughout all phases.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including structural, MEP, civil, and specialty consultants, for seamless project integration.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and consultants, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Provide comprehensive construction administration support, including managing submittals, RFIs, and conducting site visits.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff, promoting professional growth and adherence to industry standards.
  • Utilize advanced software tools such as Revit and AutoCAD for project documentation and coordination.
  • Ensure constructability and effective execution of architectural designs to meet project goals.
  • Contribute to the success of specialized projects, leveraging relevant architectural experience.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with consultants to integrate structural, MEP, and civil systems effectively within project designs.
  • Oversee the quality and compliance of construction documentation and standards.
  • Provide detailed construction administration, addressing submittals, RFIs, and conducting site evaluations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture Technology or equivalent professional degree.
  • 8–10 years of professional architectural experience, including construction-phase involvement.
  • Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for project documentation and coordination.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, constructability, and project execution.
  • Experience in specialized architectural projects is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and act as a client liaison.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills to support junior staff development.
