Overview

- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including structural, MEP, civil, and specialty consultants, for seamless project integration.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and consultants, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
- Provide comprehensive construction administration support, including managing submittals, RFIs, and conducting site visits.
- Mentor and guide junior staff, promoting professional growth and adherence to industry standards.
- Utilize advanced software tools such as Revit and AutoCAD for project documentation and coordination.
- Ensure constructability and effective execution of architectural designs to meet project goals.
- Contribute to the success of specialized projects, leveraging relevant architectural experience.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with consultants to integrate structural, MEP, and civil systems effectively within project designs.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture Technology or equivalent professional degree.
- 8–10 years of professional architectural experience, including construction-phase involvement.
- Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for project documentation and coordination.
- Strong understanding of building systems, constructability, and project execution.
- Experience in specialized architectural projects is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and act as a client liaison.
