Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) in Nursing or equivalent educational background required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional nursing experience preferred.
  • Active RN license in good standing with the relevant state board.
  • Proficiency in case management, patient care coordination, and healthcare protocols.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site hospital environment.
