Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and oversee design concepts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project goals.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent academic qualification.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design leadership, with a preference for 25 years.
• Proven expertise in delivering high-quality architectural projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in architectural design software and tools.
• Experience in strategic planning and business development is highly desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing onsite and remote collaboration.
