Job Description

Overview

  • Provide expert case management nursing services during a 13-week contract assignment in a hospital setting.
  • Work day shifts, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and recovery plans.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Deliver high-quality case management nursing care to patients during assigned shifts.
  • Monitor patient conditions, document observations, and adjust care plans accordingly.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
