Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead monthly and annual financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
  • Perform complex reconciliations for balance sheet and P&L accounts, including intercompany transactions.
  • Review and approve accounting functions to maintain quality control and compliance standards.
  • Manage client billing processes, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable duties, optimizing workflows and accuracy.
  • Process payroll and manage employee expense reports with precision and attention to detail.
  • Assist in preparing schedules and analyses for external audits and tax returns.
  • Prepare internal financial statements and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and resolve complex accounting issues, recommending and implementing process improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive general ledger accounting experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, is essential.
  • Experience with accounting software or ERP systems; familiarity with Netsuite is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
