Overview

  • Support HR operations by managing administrative tasks and ensuring seamless daily workflows with precision and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, contributing to compliance and accessibility within the HR department.
  • Perform data entry and utilize MS Excel for reporting, analysis, and data management tasks.
  • Provide professional assistance to internal and external stakeholders through effective communication channels.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance HR operations and support organizational goals.
  • Participate in virtual interviews and onboarding processes to foster team integration.
  • Work on-site during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, ensuring operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Organize and maintain HR files and documentation, ensuring accessibility and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Input and update employee data in HR systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data using MS Excel to aid decision-making processes.
  • Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing accurate information and support to stakeholders.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and special projects to support HR team objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all HR activities.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is required for this position.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR role preferred.
