Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to support strategic decision-making and operational planning.
  • Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy in vendor relations and invoice processing.
  • Perform reconciliations, including weekly cash and bank accounts, maintaining financial integrity and accuracy.
  • Review and process expense reports and employee reimbursements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support tax documentation management and assist in meeting regulatory requirements effectively.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as supply ordering and correspondence management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects, contributing to team objectives and operational improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required for this role.
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or financial statement preparation is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential; experience with QuickBooks is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this position.
