Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee policy development and updates, ensuring alignment with healthcare standards and regulations.
- Facilitate communication between directors and managers for seamless policy implementation.
- Coordinate with departments and external resources to ensure continuity of patient care.
- Conduct chart reviews to verify documentation accuracy and efficient resource utilization.
- Manage staff performance, including orientation, training, and corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
- Minimum six years of healthcare experience, including three years in managerial roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of hospice and palliative care practices, regulations, and standards.
- Proficiency in healthcare management, financial planning, and interpersonal relations.
- Familiarity with accreditation standards and CMS conditions of participation.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to drive operational success.
