Job Description

Overview

  • Lead the Emergency Services department, ensuring exceptional patient care and operational efficiency in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance departmental performance and align with organizational goals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement among interdisciplinary teams.
  • Oversee budget management, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accreditation requirements for the department.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to enhance patient care services and experiences.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant leadership experience; 3 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to achieve performance metrics and operational goals effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of emergency department operations and patient care coordination.
