Overview

  • Lead high-level loan and treasury operations within a dynamic financial services firm, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to enhance efficiency and achieve organizational goals.
  • Oversee comprehensive loan lifecycle activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimal performance.
  • Manage liquidity planning, cash positioning, and bank account reconciliations to support financial stability.
  • Develop and implement methodologies for innovative investment types and operational processes.
  • Provide detailed reporting on portfolio performance and due diligence to inform strategic decisions.
  • Enhance proprietary systems through data delivery and specification development for improved functionality.
  • Contribute to fund administration and audit processes, ensuring compliance and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Administer loan lifecycle activities, including amendments, restructurings, and invoicing, ensuring operational accuracy.
  • Review and manage legal documentation for loan onboarding and administration processes.
  • Execute daily cash positioning and liquidity management tasks to maintain financial stability.
  • Maintain banking and fund financing relationships, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Lead fund administration processes, including ticketing, reconciliations, and audit preparations.
  • Generate detailed investor reports and due diligence documentation on portfolio performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational processes and proprietary systems.
  • Respond to borrower audit requests and ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in asset management, private equity, or banking; 12 years preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Comprehensive understanding of loan products, structures, and lifecycle management.
  • Proven expertise in cash management, liquidity planning, and budgeting.
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and communication skills for strategic decision-making.
  • Experience managing relationships with banks, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate complex financial scenarios and develop actionable solutions.
