- Contribute to fund administration and audit processes, ensuring compliance and operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Administer loan lifecycle activities, including amendments, restructurings, and invoicing, ensuring operational accuracy.
- Review and manage legal documentation for loan onboarding and administration processes.
- Execute daily cash positioning and liquidity management tasks to maintain financial stability.
- Maintain banking and fund financing relationships, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
- Lead fund administration processes, including ticketing, reconciliations, and audit preparations.
- Generate detailed investor reports and due diligence documentation on portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational processes and proprietary systems.
- Respond to borrower audit requests and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in asset management, private equity, or banking; 12 years preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
- Comprehensive understanding of loan products, structures, and lifecycle management.
- Proven expertise in cash management, liquidity planning, and budgeting.
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and communication skills for strategic decision-making.
- Experience managing relationships with banks, vendors, and external stakeholders.
