Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead financial planning and analysis processes, refining forecasts and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Enhance accountability for profit and loss, ensuring accurate forecasting and actionable variance analysis.
• Oversee accounting close processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and robust internal controls.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and insights to stakeholders and boards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align financial strategies with broader organizational initiatives.
• Implement scalable tools and methodologies for forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Drive financial transformation initiatives and standardize practices across decentralized entities.
• Mentor and develop finance teams to enhance operational excellence and capabilities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of finance leadership experience, including VP-level roles in high-growth technology businesses.
• Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and decentralized business models.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls implementation.
• Experience presenting financial packages to private equity sponsors and boards.
• Proven ability to build and transform finance functions to drive organizational growth.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
• Preferred experience in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise technology platforms.
